I truly believe in the power of meaningful connection and showing up for people, one step at a time. My path into therapy was shaped by lived experiences with individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Those experiences deepened my passion for this work and continue to guide how I support others. At the core of my practice are advocacy, education, empowerment, and genuine compassion, all of which aim to humanize, support, and enable people to achieve meaningful change.

I have experience working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health and behavioral concerns. I specialize in areas such as addiction recovery, anxiety, behavioral change, and emotional regulation. I work with individuals of all ages, as well as couples and families. I take a client-centered approach, honoring each person’s unique story. It is truly a privilege to walk alongside someone during such important and vulnerable moments in their lives.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support isn’t always easy. I’m here to offer guidance, encouragement, and steady support to empower healing and growth. My mission is to help clients build their path toward lasting change and a more hopeful, grounded, and sustainable future.

My therapeutic style is flexible and responsive. I often use a gentle, warm, and welcoming approach, and at other times, a direct and accountability-focused approach. My style is tailored to each client’s unique needs, readiness, comfort level, and therapeutic goals.

I integrate a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities to support each client’s unique needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) serves as the foundation of my work, with primary integration of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to teach practical, skills-based tools. My approach is strongly informed by Dr. Glasser’s Choice Theory in Reality Therapy. I have received specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and behavior analysis.

I use the eight dimensions of wellness to guide treatment planning, taking a holistic view of growth and balance across all areas of life, not just the concern that brings someone to therapy.

Above all, my approach is strength-based and trauma-informed, emphasizing empowerment, collaboration, and meaningful movement toward positive and sustainable change.

Educational (IEP/504/FBA) Advocacy

Every student deserves the opportunity to learn in an environment that recognizes and supports their unique strengths and needs. I offer educational advocacy services to help families navigate the school system and ensure learners receive the behavioral and academic supports they are entitled to. With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), School Social Work, and certification in Exceptional Student Education (ESE), I bring both professional expertise and heartfelt understanding to every collaboration. Together, we’ll work to build a supportive plan that empowers students and families to thrive, both in and beyond the classroom.

Take the First Step

I offer free consultations to discuss your student's unique needs and develop a preliminary plan. This is your opportunity for any questions or concerns to guide my relentless advocacy for your student.
