I approach my therapeutic practice with the belief that strong, supportive relationships create the conditions for growth by offering encouragement and thoughtful guidance toward each person’s authentic potential. My path in the behavioral health field was shaped by personal experiences that connected me to the realities of mental health and substance use challenges. Those experiences clarified my purpose which continue to shape my commitment in contributing to meaningful change.

I have had the privilege of supporting individuals across settings including behavioral health and substance misuse treatment, correctional programs, schools, and community-based care with needs ranging from early intervention to high-acuity concerns.

My clinical expertize is grounded in research-informed treatment for anxiety, attention-deficit, obsessive-compulsive, and related conditions. I take a client-centered approach, honoring each person’s unique experience. It is a privilege to walk alongside individuals during moments of growth, vulnerability, and transformation.

Choosing to seek support is an act of courage and intention. I am here to offer a steady presence and thoughtful direction to support growth and healing toward a future that feels meaningful and sustainable.

My therapeutic style is flexible and responsive. I often use a gentle, warm, and welcoming approach, and at other times, a direct and accountability-focused approach. My style is tailored to each client’s unique needs, readiness, comfort level, and therapeutic goals. My approach is collaborative, structured, and strength-based, with an emphasis on meaningful, positive, and  lasting change.

I integrate elements of behavioral therapies and choice theory  to support emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility, and practical skill development. My specialized training in behavior and nuero psychology informs my focus on sustainable change, relapse prevention principles, and the maintenance strategies that support lasting growth.

I take a holistic view of wellness, considering overall functioning and long-term outcomes. I use the eight dimensions of wellness to guide treatment planning to provide a healthy balance across all areas of life, not just the concern that brings someone to therapy.  My approach is collaborative, structured, and strength-based, with an emphasis on meaningful, positive, and sustainable change.
